What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?
We encourage all guests to arrive at 4:30 pm so that we can start promptly at 5:00 pm! If you are staying at the Hotels we recommended, please scroll down to see our transportation option!

When you get to the venue, look for the trailers which will be bringing everyone to the ceremony site!

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM and Cocktail Hour will begin at 6:00 PM. Buffet Dinner will begin by 7:15 PM with Vegan, Vegetarian, Chicken and Beef options!
How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?
We are happy to announce that transportation will be provided! There will be a Coach Bus that will pick up and drop off guests at the Holiday Inn Express in Keene, NH.
Pickup will be at 3:45 PM.
There will be 2 drop offs which will start at the venue. The first will start at 10 PM, the last one will be at 11 PM.

Will there be an Open Bar?
There will be an open bar with a cash limit of $2,500. Once we have hit that limit, the bar will change to a cash bar. We recommend bringing some cash just in case!
What is the Dress Code?
Semi-Formal / Summer Formal.
As it'll most likely be a hot day and the ceremony will be outside, we recommend you wear a button-up with dress pants (suit jacket or blazer is optional), a jumpsuit, summer dresses, Sarees, or a flowy cocktail dress!
Please make sure any dresses are not white, or have majority white detailing! Bridesmaids will be wearing satin floor length dresses.
Can I Bring My Kids?
Unfortunately, due to capacity limits, and the nature of the event, we would encourage you only to bring newborns or teenagers, unless the kids are actively participating in the ceremony.
Where will the Ceremony and Reception be?
The Ceremony will take place outside. Once you park, follow the signs to the wedding, or take a complimentary hay ride to the wedding location! This will be followed by cocktail hour, and reception which will be inside.
Can I explore the Orchards?
YES! Please do! During cocktail hour or reception, please feel free to take a stroll around the Orchards and take in the many WONDERFUL views it has! Just please be respectful of the grounds and note that any alcohol not served by the venue is not allowed.
What will the Weather be Like?
It'll be July in the evening, so we're expecting it to be on the warmer side!
